FitQueen App was okay, meal plan needs work

I tried the FitQueen Challenge and got access to the app. The workouts were decent and easy to follow. I liked the variety. However, the Personalized Meal Plan felt a bit generic for me. It could've been more tailored. Shipping wasn't an issue since it's all digital, which is good. Overall, it's a fair value for the price.

Smooth experience with Fit In 30

I purchased the Fit In 30 program last month. The entire process, from buying it to getting access, was really smooth. I got the links right away, which was great. The workouts themselves were well-explained and fit into my schedule easily. I had a quick question about one of the exercises and used their support; they responded within a day, which was helpful. The results after 30 days were noticeable, which is always a plus. Definitely a well-structured program for busy people. It made working out much less intimidating.

I bought the Home Workout Program. It was easy to get started right away. The exercises were effective. No issues with the app or anything like that. Pretty solid.

Loved the Pregnancy Safe Workouts!

I just finished the Pregnancy Safe Workouts and they were exactly what I needed! I felt strong and supported throughout my whole second trimester. The guides were clear and easy to follow, and it was so good to have something reliable. I will definitely be coming back for the Postpartum Fitness Plan next! Highly recommend this to any expecting moms!

Got the Gym Workout Program

So I signed up for the Gym Workout Program, you know, to get back into it. The workouts were actually pretty good, not too crazy but still challenging. Access to the app was instant. Didn't have any tech problems or anything. It felt like a good way to stay on track. Pretty happy with it.

Thinking of getting one of the meal plans. Are they actually tailored to you or just generic ones?

N Neil Walsh 1 month ago
I got the personalized meal plan and they do ask for your macros and preferences, so it's not totally generic. They try to fit it to you as much as they can.

I think they have both options. The basic ones are more general but there's an option for a more customized one where they ask for your info.

Do they offer refunds if I start a program and realize it's not for me?

C Cody 2 months ago
Digital programs usually don't have refunds, afaik. You should probably check their terms but most online fitness stuff is non-refundable once you've accessed it.

I don't think they do refunds for digital stuff. Once you're in, you're in. That's pretty standard for these kinds of things.

How quick do you get access to the app after buying a program? Is it instant or is there a wait?

O Omar Brooks 1 month ago
Pretty much instant. You get an email with login deets usually right after purchase.

Yeah, it's usually super quick. You just download the FitQueen app and log in with the info they send you.

Anyone done the FitQueen Challenge vs. Sweat by Kayla Itsines? Wondering how they compare, especially for glute gains.

S Sam K. 1 month ago
I've done both! Anita Herbert feels way more focused on glutes, like actual progressive overload for building them. Kayla's is good for general fitness but I saw way more growth with FitQueen.

Yeah, I hear the glute focus with Anita Herbert is pretty legit. Sweat is good for general conditioning but if you want to really target specific areas, AH is probably better.

Thinking about the Fit In 30 program, what's the main difference between that and the full FitQueen Challenge?

R Rachel S. 1 month ago
Fit in 30 is shorter, obviously, it's a month-long program. The FitQueen Challenge is usually longer, like 6-8 weeks, and feels more comprehensive with specific phases and a bigger community aspect.

N Nina 1 month ago
Fit In 30 is more like a quick intense burst, good for a reset. The Challenge is more of a full transformation journey, usually with more detailed programming and a stronger focus on progressive overload over a longer period.
